Premium Dehydration Process
From Farm to Container: Our 14-Stage Quality Protocol
We don't just dry onions; we preserve nature's potency through precision engineering.
We source exclusively from contract farms in Gujarat belt, selecting onions with high solid content to ensure superior dehydration ratios and pungency
A multi-stage agitation wash using treated chlorinated water eliminates soil, surface bacteria, and foreign contaminants before slicing.
Automatic oscillating feeders spread the wet slices evenly across the dryer belt, preventing clumping and ensuring every piece receives equal airflow.
Vibrating sieves and density separators gently remove lighter husks, dry skins, and un-sized particles from the dried flakes.
State-of-the-art Sortex cameras detect and reject any flakes with black spots, brown edges, or discoloration. Only 100% pure product passes
A final critical control point (CCP) where product passes through a metal detector immediately before entering the filling chute.
Pre-shipment samples are drawn from every batch and tested in our in-house lab for Moisture, Ash, and Total Plate Count (TPC) validation.
Advanced pneumatic peelers remove the outer skin without damaging the fleshy layers, preserving the onion's natural essential oils and flavor profile.
High-speed German cutters slice onions into uniform rings (3mm-5mm). Precision cutting ensures even drying and consistent texture in the final product.
A slow, multi-stage drying process at controlled low temperatures (50°C-60°C) reduces moisture to <6% while retaining the bright natural color.
Industrial cyclone separators extract micro-dust and fine particles, ensuring the final flakes are clean, distinct, and dust-free.
High-power 10,000 Gauss industrial magnets are placed in the flow line to capture and remove any ferrous metal impurities.
PLC-controlled automated weighing ensures precise bag weight. Bags are heat-sealed (with optional Nitrogen flushing) to lock in freshness.
Finished goods are stuffed into food-grade lined containers under supervision, sealed, and dispatched to Mundra/Pipavav port for export.
